He / She should be a mandatory ServiceNow administrator certified.
Have good knowledge and Hands on experience in Service Now System Administration, List/Form, Update Sets, Catalog Items, MID Servers.
Implementation experience and knowledge of ITSM applications and modules like Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, Knowledge, SLA etc.
Create, monitor, modify, and publish Service catalog workflows with approvals.
Worked on ACL, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Action, UI Policy, Transformation Maps, Creating Tables Fields.
Exposure on glide Ajax and implemented vastly to fetch the data from server.
Responsible for designing new applications, modules and tables.
Create and use update sets to move customizations between instances. Responsible for handling Update Sets.
Good knowledge on aligning ITIL v3 Process to ServiceNow and Best practices to ITSM tools
Creating articles into a Knowledge Base and Using Transform maps to import Data to Tables.
Technical Skills:
Having Working Knowledge in Core Java, Servlets, JSP, Struts, CSS, JQuery, JavaScript, XML, HTML, AJAX and related technologies.
Having Exposure on Hibernate, EJB, Tomcat Application Server and Jboss Server.
Having expertise in creating Built web applications with script knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JQuery, and Xml.
Having Good understanding of object-oriented programming.
Having Knowledge on Mysql and Sql coding.
Contribute in all phases of the development life cycle and perform coding as per specifications and ensure bug free deliverable.
Should have worked in Scrum environment.
1. Candidate should have at least 4 to 5 yearsexperience working in ServiceNow.
2. Candidate must have Asset management or CMDB domain experience and must have worked atleast one project wherein scoped application has been developed or worked in SOAP API integrations with customer tool.
