Job Description

Responsible for designing, developing & troubleshooting software for next generation platform & applications.

  • Interpret software requirements to design & implement software as defined by business analysts to include prototyping, efficient code writing & application debugging
  • Gain understanding of existing development framework & guidelines & apply to daily software development
  • Translate software design into measureable task & tie estimates
  • Track time against those tasks on a weekly basis
  • Ensure estimates are realistic & achievable
  • Seek innovative solutions to problems & make recommendations for implementation
  • Conduct code review of new software solutions among team members
  • Establish & maintain good working relationships with other team members & train and mentor junior team members.In depth understanding of the capabilities of Workflow Foundation, Microsoft SharePoint 2010, Microsoft SharePoint 2007, SharePoint designer, and InfoPath FORMS.
  • SharePoint knowledge should include architectural design, Web Part development, server installation, management and troubleshooting with a focus on planning, deploying and supporting enterprise SharePoint implementations.
  • Understanding of SharePoint security, deployment, farm configuration, Search, AD integration
  • Understanding of Windows 2003/2008 Server/AD domain infrastructure
  • Develop Solution / Design of form based application in SharePoint.
  • Deep understanding of SharePoint objects models and framework.
  • Development of Web Parts & Smart Parts.
  • Good knowledge in MVP & MVC.
  • Development experience with Microsoft.NET technologies is also required (e.g. ASP.NET 3.5, C#, XML, CSS, HTML, IIS, SQL Server, etc. (desired)
  • Deep development and issue resolution skills
  • Track record of delivering features on schedule with high quality
  • Strong cross-group collaboration and written/verbal communication skills
    • Technical Skills expertise on (all is not mandate)
    • Understanding of Windows 2003/2008 Server/AD domain infrastructure
    • Good knowledge in MVP & MVC.
    • Development experience with Microsoft.NET technologies is also required (e.g. ASP.NET 3.5, C#, XML, CSS, HTML, IIS, SQL Server, etc. (desired)
