  • This role is responsible for the support of monitoring , fix & restore of applications across DCDA applications
  • Ensure the highest service quality and stability by responding to technical incidents quickly and effectively,
  • To strictly adhere to CCIB top-level initiatives, such as FMEA (failure mode impact analysis) / blameless RCA, monitoring enrichment.
  • Responsible for following the DOI and monitor & execute actions as defined and escalate timely as per the process definition
  • CnC will intercept aberrations (Situational Awareness), swarm required teams (Situational Management) and recover / resume service disruptions (Incident Resumption) when problems are known-known and / or known-unknown
Our Ideal Candidate
  • 7+ Years of IT experience with technical acumen to work in shifts
  • Willing to come in shifts as per the CnC shift rota & support CnC 24X7 support model.
  • Good knowledge on Monitoring tools such as ITRS, Grafana, Skynet, Splunk, AppDynamics etc.,
  • Good knowledge in 4 or more technologies covering overall application architecture such as in C,C++, Oracle, Network, Unix technologies
  • Good oral and written communication skills, ability to interact with business representatives.
  • Good with stakeholder communication and able to liaise with Senior Mgmt.
  • Basic understanding of LAN, WAN and Firewall
