Job Description

    Job DescriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesRole & ResponsibilitiesThis position will work closely with the Head of Marketing and other team members todevelop and execute a range of social media and marketing campaigns to help shape,promote and expand the brand.Social MediaAssist in the planning and implementation of Business as usual and stand alonesocial media campaigns for Tasva.Ideate and plan day-to-day content in the form of (but not limited to) photos, graphics,videos and GIFs primarily for our social media channels, but also for our website andother digital mediums.Plan and maintain digital initiatives and posting schedules across all online platformsincluding Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.Build creative campaigns for new product launches and special offers.Post content for social media platforms on a daily basis.Content writingEngage with followers, plan contests and giveaways.Communicate customer concerns and needs to appropriate departments.Attend external and internal events and assist with social media coverage.Collect and report digital analytics using tools such as Sprout Social, Meltwater, etc.Work on the content Calendar and Social media strategy along with the Brandmanager and agencies on a monthly and annual basis.The person will work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop overall digitalcommunication strategy for the Brand in support of overall business goals and specifically theDigital & Online commerce goalsDigital & Offline Content Strategy & execution :- Ensure the digital communication strategy and execution links to Daily/ Monthly Sales targetsand also the Brand campaigns for NPD launches, social initiatives etc.- Own day-to-day responsibility for the on-brand communication on all digital platforms- website,marketplaces, also Digital ads and CRM communication.- Building and development of outstanding digital platforms for all brand Campaigns along withother digital technology required to deliver our message and achieve business outcomes.- In close coordination with the Ecom team, take day-to-day ownership of the content andpromotions on the website- banners, offer communication pop ups, digital advertising etc- Will be the custodian of the brand and ensure delivery of Brand key messages, as perstrategic message hierarchy across the entire website - HP, PLP, PDP- Ensure digital content is engaging, topical/up-to-date, relevant and supports the objectives ofthe brand and business- Work with the Marketing team- Creative agency and Brand team to identify compelling ideasfor web stories and maintain a robust and interesting content pipeline.- Identify and meet need for AV material both for digital platforms and across rest oforganization.- Evaluate, Monitor and report performance of content on all the Online channels to ensure itmeets the desired business outcomes, on a daily and monthly basis.- Devise and commission analytical reports with the Ecom and Digital marketing team for a deepdive into results of activations and better understand the online consumers buying behaviour- Keep up to date with current digital trends and developments and ensure we remain timely andcurrent in our use of digital media.Skills & Qualification5-7 years of relevant experience.Should have a Bachelors degree preferably in, Marketing or Communication.o Passionate and knowledgeable about Fashion. Familiar with luxury brands(Global and Indian).Copy writing/editing skills are essential.Proficiency with various social media platforms - Instagram, Facebook, Youtube,Twitter etc.A strong understanding of content and social media especially video content.Should have excellent time management and planning skills and have the ability toadhere to strict schedules and deadlines.Self-motivated with strong communication skills.Ability to drive initiatives, be creative, innovative and able to think out of the box.Desired experience and comfort with planning shoots, photography supervision andediting video content.Should have a good design aesthetic.
