This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:BS/BA degree in Computer Science or equivalent experienceFull Stack development experience is highly desired.Must have minimum 5+ Years hands on development experience in the following tech stack : SpringBoot, Java, RESTful API, Docker, SQL, Stored ProceduresMust have 5+ years experience in architecture/design of complex systems using MVC design patternMust have 5+ years experience in leading software development teams, mentoring developers in an Agile work environment.Must have experience with Messaging: MQ series, KafkaExperience with in-memory grid caching: Hazelcast, Redis, Gemfire is highly desired.Experience in Cloud development AWS or private Cloud, highly desired.Exposure to ECS, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes Container Orchestration, S3 is a plus.Advanced knowledge of application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplinesUnderstanding of architecture and design across all systemsWorking proficiency in developmental toolsets including CI/CD tools.Knowledge of industry wide technology strategies and best practicesAbility to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals, and passionate about building an innovative cultureUnderstanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance and software improvementAbility to function within a nimble environment and work with all levels within the organization.,
