Provide support for data analysis, MIS, Reports Product testing for enhancement and new product development.Job Duties & responsibilities Conduct FX Online Roadshows across various cities within the country product training and awareness for RMs and support staff. Testing of enhancements of e-FX platform: Co-ordinate with various teams within T&M, HO e-FX team and ITT for UAT test and verifications. Support for Activation of clients and increase in transactions on FX Online web Assisting Sales team in addressing client queries regarding FX Online, assistance in streamlining the procedures and customer journey from e-FX perspective. Support for Data Analysis: Regular data dissemination and provide support for meaningful of analysis of data generated on all e-platforms for traders and Sales. Support for API building: Provide support on building transaction flows for API and also assist marketing team to create pitch for new clients to assist Sales team. Requisite Experience 0-2 years Education / Preferred Qualifications B. Tech/B. E (IT/ ECT/ EEE/Other) B.E Or B.Sc.-IT, Graduation (with relevant experience in App/S.Wre concept development) Technical Competencies Strong analytical & logical reasoning skills (must) Advanced MS.
