  • This role is responsible for running process end to end for Service Delivery(System monitoring ) processes of FA/MRC including business support function
The Role ResponsibilitiesImpact Assessment/ Business Analysis:
  • Manage process, communication & expectations around Data Quality/Service Delivery.
  • Drive, Lead or Contribute to certain key initiatives within the Data Quality function
  • Responsible for ensuring the expected data quality is maintained month on month while achieving certain improvements
  • Ensure and provide guidance and support for the following activities relating to revenue, liabilities and averages (other measures as maybe added / modified from time to time) data sign off for service release
    • Ensure that the manual adjustments are identified and processed as per adjustments governance policy / guidelines
    • Process the adjustments as per agreed timeline
    • Respond to countries and relevant stakeholders regarding status of adjustment requests before closing countries window to provide adjustments
    • Document and share with relevant parties all the key discussion points, decisions made, approvals (or rejections) received for adjustments etc.
    • Prepare and circulate DQ scorecards with stakeholders within agreed timelines
    • Have an indepth understanding of a specific product+process of core finance or management reporting (specific components or product as a whole)
    • Ensure Impact Assessment is completed for all Projects, changes, BAU issues, etc.
    • Functional Appreciation with respect to Assessment, Requirements Drafting and Defining Success Criteria.
    • Based on impact assessment, create Functional BRD s / CRs, work with Tech to evaluate FS, and follow through till implementation.
    • Defining Functional Test Cases, Scenarios, clearly draft the UAT Entry Success Criteria, Perform User Acceptance Testing to certify the results mirror the IM Services
    • Ensure sufficient information is provided to technology during the walk-through as part of appendix or through meeting.
    • Incorporating Service Delivery interests for each change.

Our Ideal CandidateQualifications and skills:Essential
  • Finance Professionals or Under-Graduation in Sciences, Engineering + MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good understanding of banking products / Operations
  • Domain skills on Risk Weighted Assets (RWA) Analysis & Reporting, Client Analytics & Reporting, Management Reporting, P&L, Asset-Liability Management or other Balance Sheet reporting
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good stakeholder management skills
Recommended
  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of and prior experience in working on the relevant platforms (Microstrategy, OBIEE, Hyperion Planning, Hyperion FDMEE, Hyperion Essbase, HFM, PSGL, Oracle , PLSQL, ETL, Data warehouse, BIG Data, OBIEE)
