Job Description

  • We are currently looking for Senior Analyst-People Capability Operations for our People Capability Ops Team. The incumbent will have to manage and assist the learning programmes for the bank, which are administered by GPS People Capability Operations team.
The prospective candidate should have the following skillsets:
  • Expertise in SABA, SuccessFactors, diSCover or any other major LMS administration
  • Proficiency in Prescriptive Rule (PR) creation/modification
  • Experience on Project Migrations from one platform to another
  • Experience in system configuration
  • Experience on L3 queries
  • Good in Excel (usage of formulas, conditional formatting, pivot tables, preparation of reports & macro writing experience will be an added advantage)
  • Good Logical/Analytical thinking
  • Good in analytical report designing
  • Good English communication & business writing skills (both verbal and written)
  • Good experience in stakeholder management
  • High energy person and one who is a self-starter
  • Should also have an eye for detail
The Role:
  • Analyse the PR tagging logic as per the target audience requirements
  • Convert the tagging logic to a PR script
  • Deployment of courses
  • Certification and curriculums creations
  • L3 query support
  • SABA/LMS quarterly update testing
  • Security roles
  • Documentation
  • Debugging interfaces between HRMS and LMS
  • Excel dashboard preparation & preparation of analytics reports
  • Complete system configuration
  • Notifications configuration and identifying the root cause if an issue occurrs (RCA)
  • Inspect people feed daily and ensure the creation/update of user profiles flow to the system by removing errors
  • Solutioning to the business in terms of rolling out trainings and implement complex criteria in PR to achieve customer expectation
  • Preparing and following POIs and the processes of the bank
