Job Description

Designation: Specification ManagerExperience: 10+ years in sales & marketingLocation: MumbaiPreferred Industry: Construction Adhesives & Chemicals and Building MaterialRESPONSIBILITIESPresent, promote and specify the company full range of Construction Chemical products.Understand market requirements and achieve specification sales with high end technical sales and business development.Identify new/upcoming projects of key builders, real estate developers and build up specification engagement for waterproofing, flooring, tile fixing solutions, etc.Identify old/existing projects of key builders, Housing Societies, real estate promotors and initiate specification process.Candidate must have experience in handling western and northern region. (Maharashtra, Gujarat, MP, Goa, Delhi NCR, Haryana, Punjab, UP, UKTD)Identity major infrastructure / residential / commercial projects of Govt bodies like CPWD, Airport authority, NBCC, etc and establish specification engagement.To obtain product approvals from major Govt accounts like BARC, MMRD, MES, OFB, BHEL, Railways, DAE, HAL etc.To coordinate with the sales team for specification tenders to bid / quote and assist in sales conversions.To organize and conduct in house technical presentation to architects/builders/consultants/key specifiers accounts.To formulate the specification methodologies for various waterproofing, repairs, flooring categories etc.Interested candidate, kindly share your updated resume onakshata@jobsplan.net
