Job Description

What you will be doing

  • The main duties involve managing the On-boarding of Clients, Trade Capture and downstream processing of our OTC Clearing trading business. The individual will have responsibility for ensuring our trades are reflected accurately in a number of in-house and external market systems such as Marketwise, ICE and CME
  • The individual will be responsible for liaising with our Internal clients and Clearing teams in Singapore, London and NY, ensuring timely processing and affirmation of trades. In addition to this function, the individual provide support to the following functions:

Skills
  • OTC Clearing regulatory metrics and MIS (required on day of execution)
  • Processing of Netting requests and ensuring accurate and timely responses to our OTC Clearing clients.
  • Preparation of solutions to both improve the currents processes and controls around breaks and other activities
  • Working directly and communicating status/next steps to global counterpart to ensure as seamless handover at the end of the day
  • Individual will monitor daily and historic portfolio of our business ensuring trade reconciliations are accurate and that any exceptions are resolved in a timely fashion. They will liaise with Global Clearing teams to ensure consolidated global approach.
  • In line with the main objectives of the Operations division, the individual will be responsible for helping to maintain the control and risk management of the business, ensuring that control processes are adhered to, and that control gaps are identified and mitigated accordingly.

  • Degree or equivalent

  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent communicator ability to discuss technical and commercial solutions to internal and external parties and adapt depending on the technical or business focus of the discussion
  • Attention to detail track record of authoring high quality documentation
  • Organized approach manage and adapt priorities according to client and internal requirements
  • Self-starter but team mindset - work autonomously and as part of a global team
  • Willing to travel occasionally (no more than 10%)
