Sr. Business Development Manager 4 to 7 Years Sr. Business Development Manager Job | eYantra India Job Details Sr. Business Development Manager Education MBA with a specialization in Marketing or HR Location : Mumbai Job Summary: The Sr. Business Development Manager should be able to grow eYantras business by acquiring new clients for reward, loyalty incentive programs. She/ he should have experience in the loyalty/ rewards industry and a good understanding of the dynamics of employee rewards customer loyalty in addition to the experience of leading a team of seasoned BD professionals. Key Result Areas:

  • Lead a team of seasoned BD professionals with the ability to manage the entire Sales Life Cycle, from generating leads, setting up meetings, developing submitting proposals to contractual activities and Go-Live.
  • Lead BD activities like market research, business research, Database building management, business opportunity analysis, Lead generation etc.
  • Mentor and coach the BD team to enable revenue growth
  • Review BD performance through metrics and dashboards
  • Prepare overall go to market strategy together with senior business management Desired Candidate Profile:
    • Preferably an MBA with a specialization in Marketing or HR
    • Experience in Institutional/ Corporate Sales
    • Strong understanding of the Rewards Recognition, Loyalty business
