At least 8 years in a relevant role.Good understanding of mall operations & Retails.Strong team management skills with good strategic knowledge to solve problem & leadership skills.Key ResponsibilitiesManage other income (Parking, SOH, Kiosk) -Increase revenues from various sources like parking, SOH and Kiosk.Budgeting and Cost control -Prepare the Operations budget ( HK, Parking, Security) for the financial year & Ensure adherence to the budgeted operational expenses.Statutory compliance audit (for vendors) - CSI and RSI audits & Audits for restaurant, food court and retailers.Conduct training for mall employees & Conduct performance review for team members.Responsible for ensuring that all safety and security regulations and by-laws are adhered to.,
