Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities1. Candidate will be responsible for handling Marketing function of Cardio Diabeto covering West Asia Market.2. Experience in covering International or West Asia Market will be added advantage/ Preferred but not compulsory.3. He / She should have good experience and knowledge in Cardio Diabetes Segment.4. He/she will prepare & implement promotional strategies & should be Creative.5. Design Promotional / Communication strategies for the various brands of the organization.6. Customers oriented campaign & special activities for priority products.7. Campaign & special activities planning for Key Opinion Leaders.8. Monthly / Quarterly brand review & monitoring and willing to travel in West Asia.9. Field Work To review & evaluate strategy implementation in West Asia. Co-ordination with all support function for effective implementation of marketing strategy.Desired Candidate Profile1. B. Pharma or B.Sc. and MBA in Marketing, 10 -12 years in Pharma Sales and Marketing out of which last 8-10 years in marketing (PMT) covering domestic or international market.2. Experience in handling Cardio Diabeto as Senior Product Manager or Group Product Manager covering Domestic or International market.3. He/she should be creative and innovative. He/ She should have good knowledge of Cardio and Diabetes segment and medical promotion for West Asia.4. He/ She should be good in launching new products and strengthening existing brands.Exceptionally well organized with a track record that demonstrates self-motivation, creativity and initiatives to achieve both personal and corporate goals.5. Candidate will require to travel in West Asia as and when required.,
