Job Description

    Development and Implementation of Sales Growth Plan Appoint distributors, direct dealers, EBO and COCO as per business plans and company needs. Appoint interiors/ architects/ hotels to fulfil hospitality needs. Meeting the Sales and Distribution targets in line with annual business plan of the company. Responsible for mattress market share goals for the West Zone. Conversion of leads to sales.Monitoring sales team to drive sales as per plan.Day to day coaching and providing leadership to the team. Monitoring team performance daily and giving feedback one the same. Setting sales objective targets (volume/value, product and territory wise, new product focused sales) Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education in foam and mattresses. Monitoring team reports and submitting feedback and analysis to the management periodically. Analyze sales statistics gathered by the team to determine sales potential and create forecast. Credit control, receivables management as per the commercial policies.Generating Reports and TrainingStay up to date on company best practices, policies, products, pricing, and promotions and train team periodically. Surface reports regarding team, store sales, institutional sales, distributor and dealer sales, and growth percentage in the organization.
