Job Description

Expectations include:

  • Explore and design dynamic and compelling consumer experiences
  • Conceptualizing original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks
  • Collaborating with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative web solutions
  • You love building things, and have built complex consumer web applications in the past
  • Creating complex web applications and user interfaces using JavaScript, Angular HTML, and CSS
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Designing and developing user interfaces using best practices for data platform products
  • Ability to understand data systems and choose the right way of representations (Charts / Tables / Dashboards)
  • Expert in running applications consistently on all modern browsers
  • Experience building and debugging complex systems in a team environment.
  • Focus on good documentation and file structure
  • Design and write high-performance, reusable code, and libraries for UI components
  • Working together with designers and back end engineers
  • Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
  • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • * Expertise with JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3
  • * Strong experience with JavaScript libraries/ MVC framework like Angular (2+)
  • * Good knowledge of a sync programming using Callbacks, Promises and A sync/Await
  • * Experience with modern browser technologies, like Local Storage, Web Workers, Caching, etc.
  • * Experiences with CSS preprocessors, like SASS or LESS
  • * Exposure to AWS services (Route53, Cloud-front, S3)
* Strong oral, presentation, and written communication skills.
