Sr Technical PM SpecialistJob Locations IN-MumbaiCategory Research & Development Whats the role Responsibilities:

  • Establish a culture of thinking BIG, solving complex problems while having fun doing it
  • Work with your departmental stakeholders, understand priorities and translate into priorities for the technical team.
  • Collect high level business requirements from Product Management in a collaborative manner
  • Create an execution plan that balances priorities, cost, schedule and trade-offs, in collaboration with the Product Manager.
  • Identify and escalate risk and issues
  • Work with team to deliver a product that is stable, scalable, reliable, performant
  • Work with team to operate the production product.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather inputs for the technical roadmap that is aligned with growth strategies.
  • Raise innovative ideas to solve problems
  • Share knowledge with and provide guidance to less experienced team members

Who are you We are looking forward for an experienced Senior Technical PM Specialist to be part of a dynamic and innovative team. We are looking to build an agile scrum team with enthusiastic and passionate engineers who are willing to go above and beyond the need with an open mindset and a will to think out of the box . Collaboration and flexibility are the key factors that will help build our team efficiently, with emphasis on having fun and learning along the way.The candidate will be responsible for providing in-depth solutions under minimal supervision using cutting edge technologies to enable building highly accurate map data and location intelligence.The candidate shall participate in all stages of software development including refining product vision, gathering requirements, software system design, coding, testing, release, and support and is expected to work with other departments to achieve cross-functional goals to satisfy product expectations.The candidate shall follow a documented software development process and contribute to process improvements and ensure software created and released conforms to the quality requirements by accurately writing and executing test plans. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree or higher with a technical/analytical discipline
  • 5+ years of technical contributor towards commercial software
  • Good understanding of technical systems and architecture
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve goals set and projects on tight deadlines
  • Prior experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Demonstrated history of strong customer focus and empathy
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Self-starter and comfortable in a changing environment.
  • Demonstrate product functionality and understanding of development technologies
