  • Maintain services and monitoring availability, latency, and overall system health.
  • Taking responsibilities on the incidents reported and coordinating with L3/project team for resolution.
  • Managing the change request and coordinating with the Primary / Secondary implementers for approvals.
  • Performing impact analysis and Root cause analysis
  • Analyze the issue report by users and provide solutions
  • Having knowledge on Incident Management, Change management process
  • Co-ordinating with Vendor on the Application support
  • People leader for the SRE Chapter within the Tribe
  • Release planning and proactive actions to ensure quality and stable product launches

  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
Our Ideal Candidate
  • Hands on Production support experience of at least 8 years
  • Sound knowledge in APIs, Cloud, PaaS, DevOps
  • Experience on automation tools - Confluence, Jira, Jenkins.
  • Experience on production support and control-M, putty tools
  • Familiar in usage of software like Postman, ELK/EFK, sysdig
  • 3+ years scripting, SRE (Site reliability Engineer) & Devops experience
  • Software Backend Engineer with DevOps and SRE knowledge are welcome to apply
  • People leadership and Agile exposure desired
