Job Description

Position: Store ManagerLocation: Viviana, ThaneJob Summary:The Store Manager will be responsible for handling overall store operations, supervising staff to maximize sales, maintain exceptional levels of customer service, developing & maintaining customer base by capitalizing on high-profile clientele and sales.Key Responsibilities:

  1. To adopt a customer first approach and to ensure all team members offer exemplary customer service expected from a luxury brand.
  2. To develop, direct and measure the execution of strategic annual/long-term plans in order to meet and exceed sales and revenue commitments/goals. Drive financial performance & aim to exceed targets.
  3. To ensure smooth and efficient operations across all store functions.
  4. To effectively capture customer data and leverage the same to provide best possible experience to customer.
  5. Effectively manage store staff and all relevant people issues. Training & motivating staff to meet the allotted targets and uphold a team environment that nurtures positive growth in each associate.
  6. Take accountability for all operational functions, inventory & merchandise of the store.
  7. Must closely track the market trends and competition numbers.
  8. Must constantly educate ones self to enhance product knowledge.
  9. Must constantly share product and customer feedback with respective HO teams.
  10. Act as a strong brand ambassador by always upholding brand values and ethos.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  1. 4-5 years of retail management experience in a similar high-end related field (luxury / high fashion / designer apparel industry desired)
  2. Knowledge of fashion trends, color schemes, fabrics and designer labels.
  3. Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to translate corporate objectives into store-level strategies.
  4. Exceptional customer focus and client relationship management abilities
  5. Very strong people management skills
  6. Knowledge of retail math and cash management techniques
  7. Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written in English (other relevant languages are highly beneficial - will depend on region)
  8. Excellent organizational skills, Flexibility and solution orientation, with the ability to reprioritize tasks as necessary
  9. High levels of energy, optimism and self-motivation
  10. Ability to perform well under pressure
