Position DescriptionBusiness Division -Agrochemicals, Fine ChemicalsDepartment:CommercialLocation JambusarPosition Title Executive - StoresReporting to (Title) Manager - CommercialLevel - E3-E4Position PurposeThe Position is responsible for monitoring of Raw Materials, Packing Materials & Finished Goods at Stores. Exposure in ISO 9000, 14000, & OHSAS:18000Strategic Responsibilities

  • Reconciliation of material bond & job work
  • Bill passing work & MIS
Operational Responsibilities
  • Bill passing of transporters & other services & contractors
  • Bill passing of CHA
  • Reconciliation of material bond at Kandla & Mumbai
  • Job work reconciliation work
  • MIS related to bill passing, pending bills & GRN
  • Ensuring empty packing materials to be return to vendor
  • Rejected material to be return to vendor after clearance with purchase
  • Issue of debit notes
Financial Responsibilities
  • Timely disposal of rejected material
People Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination with Accounts Department for bill passing work
  • Co-ordination with user Department for clearance of GRN
  • Co-ordination with HO & Udaipur office for clearance of bill
  • Co-ordination with vendors for collecting invoice, certificate and other necessary documents related for bill passing.
Education QualificationB.Com / M.Com; MBA/PGDM Graduate Any specialisationWork ExperienceBetween 5 - 8 YearsIndustry to be Hired fromAny industries - Preferable chemical industry, having worked in SEZ area also preferredFunctional Competencies
  • Sound knowledge of Bill Passing, GRN, Reconciliation of Bond
  • Knowledge of documentation requirement of SEZ relating to various imported raw material & other stores activities
  • Knowledge of ISO 9000, 14000 & OHSAS 18000
  • Knowledge of SAP
