Job Description

Position : Supervisor (Bleaching)Qualification : B.Sc./ B.E. in Textile Chemistry.Experience : Minimum8 to 10 years of experience in the field of Bleaching and Drying process.Skills Required:

  • Sound Technical knowledge of Bleaching and Drying process used for cotton.
  • Good knowledge of Water Treatment plant, Effluent Treatment Plant.
  • Cost conscious and Team Player.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
Job description:
  • Responsible for achieving production target and quality product as per the standard.
  • Responsible for safe operation of the equipment used for Bleaching process.
  • Quality improvement and cost reduction by using new process methods and new chemicals.
  • Minimizing the wastage of all kind.
  • Responsible to improve the quality, and reduce the cost by using new methods, new materials and new processes, as and when required.
  • Implementing the various quality systems of the department.
  • Control on wastage and waste disposal.
  • Maintain manpower discipline in the department,
  • Training to be provided to workers.
