MEDTRONIC is hiring Non Technical Apprentices for various locations in India (www.medtronic.com).1) CSR2) Channel Management3) Marketing communication and operationJOB DESCRIPTION FOR COMMUNICATION AND OPERATIONContributing to development of strategic Communication plans for the NeuroscienceTeam Responsible for planning, writing, editing, coordinating, and publishing a variety ofcomplex and/or sensitive communications to support the achievement of business/center goals and maintain/improve the companys image, often in conjunction withother communicators Consults with key project managers/ in-charges to develop communication goals,objectives and plans to best communicate managements position or message Identifies communication opportunities and the design/medium/channels for execution Develop, write, and curate content from internal and external sources. Drive higher employee engagement through various communications campaigns. Effectively manage vendors supporting design and production of variouscommunications materials. Design and execute internal and external events material for Medtronic in line withbranding guidelines. Ensure adherence to the corporate guidelines on the general local corporate andindividual initiatives. Provides project or program support to a functional group or business process. Monitors program/project/system status, budgets and timetables. Apply knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in thedevelopment, implementation and administration of program/system guidelines andprocedures. To gathers and compiles information for reports. Supporting the marketing team for PR support, liaison and enable approvals from functionalpartners Raise marketing events in ecats, taking end to end ownership from initiation to closure of theJob Description for CSRManage end to end Customer Service Order entry, Invoicing, Credit notes, debit noteso Distributor and Hospital Order Processingo Verification on PO v/s sales order for price, availability, mode of shipment and other terms of PO if PO is from Hospital/Tender Supply.o Manage bundle order, discount and service agreement orders.o Raise freight debit note and maintain tracker.o Inform Availability to customer against their orders.o Change Plant to supply against order basis requirement and communication from sales and customer.o Change UPN to supply BO items.o Communicate customer, sales and finance for credit hold orders.o Coordinate with warehouse for dispatch and AWB detail.o Communicate customer on AWB and pick up from Airport in case of Airlift.o Process GST Billing of item on consignment for >180 days and communicate customer and sales.o Cancellation of BO item >180 days and communicate customer and sales.End to end handling of CS Operation- By keeping track of all the CS activities and pushing for optimum outputo Update customer concern on portal and coordinate with warehouse, sales and customer to close concern as per SLA.o Monitor customer concern, follow up for corrective action for closure.o Maintain customer concern tracker.o Coordinate with sales, commercial, customer on price discrepancy and track price discrepancy orders and service them once price discrepancy is resolved.o Communicate availability to customer on need basis.o Attend customer ,sales, finance, warehouse, planning issue based telephonic and conference calls.o Communicate order status to customer and sales.o Communicate BO and Expected Date of Arrival (EDA) to customer and sales.o Communicate invoice and DC copy with customer in need.o Monitor block order and take necessary action to service orders.To manage documentation & settlement comply Credit Notes, Commissions claims and freight Debit note within TAT.To Manage internal & external audits o Store all PO related communication for audit purposeo Store all important communication/documents for future auditREQUIREMENTS1. Eligibility Criteria- 60% and above throughout academics.2. Year Of Passing - 2021 & 20223. No Active Backlogs, Students should have cleared all their papers.4. Max 3 History of Backlogs which candidate should have cleared.5. Onboarding Date- Immediate6. Please Note : Local Candidates ONLY.7. Qualification : - Graduation 8.
