Job Description

Roles and ResponsibilitiesAbout Company :NANDAN GROUP OF COMPANIES is one of the fastest growing business houses in the country with diversified interests in lubricants, petroleum derivatives & food products catering to multi-disciplinary industries. We operate in the key industries that drive economic and financially viable growth, enjoying a leadership position anchored by an extraordinary force of its employees.JOB ROLE : Support Junior Executive, Goregaon East (HO) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Sending of samples to Third Party Lab and maintain record
  • Follow up for test report
  • Submit to Technical department for further analysis
  • Do follow up for collection of invoices from third party for payment
  • Consolidate Invoices with test report and submit for payment for approval and follow up for the same
  • Take quotation from Instrument supplier and chemical supplier
  • Preparation of Techno-commercial comparative data and submit to technical department for further action
  • After approval of quotation, submit to SCM to raise PO and follow up for the same
  • Report generation from customer complaint database and circulate and follow-up
  • Any other work assigned time to time
