Job Description

    Recruitment Coordinating with hiring managers to identify their staffing needs. Determining selection criteria for candidates. Designing and uploading job ad on to our Applicant Tracking System. Designing interview questions that reflect each positions requirements. Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using ourApplicant Tracking System. Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms andprofessional networks.) Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments,and in-person interviews. Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events. Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates. Sending rejection letters to candidates not hired.Onboarding Issue offer letter & Contract with salary and benefits information clearly stated. Handle onboarding paperwork, including ensuring the employee attends theCEOs onboarding monthly session. Arrange for a buddy for the new employee. Arrange for logistics, swag bag cards for the new employee. Ensures hiring manager comes up with a 100-day plan for the employee. Monthly check-in with hired candidates to ensure they are progressing well ontheir 100-day plan.Reporting Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by the department.
