Position Title: Team Lead – Job Analysis Evaluation & Special ProjectsFunction: Human ResourcesJob Band: 8Location: MumbaiEducation: MBA HR (Full time)Experience: 12 to 14 yearsJob Purpose:To be arrived at as a summation, during the course of the interview – and validated by the respondent (role holder/manager/direct report)To support in implementing and managing initiatives pertaining to the JAE portfolio for the Chemicals, Fashion Yarn & Insulator Businesses. The incumbent will also handle multiple special projects under the guidance of CHRO.Key Result Areas:Job Analysis and Evaluation·To support in managing processes related to Job Evaluation in the business·Reviewing adequacy of JAE information received from the businesses·Studying of job descriptions and structures·Study of comparable positions in other businesses, within the Chemicals sector, peer positions in the unit·Assessment of recommended Job Band and defining Hay configurations for the same·Preparation of analysis formats for positions to be evaluatedSupport in implementing Group JAE & guidelines at the business & unit level·Facilitating implementation of uniform quality of processes across all units·Align unit level practices with BCOE on an ongoing basis·Inputs to BCOE on business requirements and providing feedback on ongoing processes & policiesJob Description Updation·To coordinate with functions and help them in writing / rewriting of Job Descriptions as per organization structure.·Ensure the proper quality of JDs as per the Job Evaluation guidelines.·Prepare the Job Band Communication documents and ensure timely communication of Job Band to employeesBJEC·Facilitate Job evaluation committee meeting for timely evaluation of JDs.·Act as SPOC from business to Group on JAE related activitiesManpower Study·Ensure all employee related benefits should be given on time to employees based on Job Band·To play pivotal role in restructuring by analysing organograms and assisting in manpower study.·Assisting business units in modification of positions at regular interval through Job ArchitectureSpecial Projects·Driving Special Projects under the guidance of CHRO CFI for long term impact and organization effectiveness
