Job Description

    Act as a service partner, work together with RMs, in-country IMO, Operations and other key internal stakeholders to solve issues and identify opportunities to improve overall service for the clientsEnsure uniform approach towards implementation of Global IMO Model and adherence to DOIsDeliver excellent service against agreed service standards, delivery standards, and minimal error rates as appropriateAutomation and StreamliningDrive continuous improvement of the operational efficiency and effectiveness of processes to increase the consistency of systems and processesBusinessProvide support to resolve technical operating problems by conducting investigations, rectifying errors.Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance mattersMaintain a good working relationship with the various Business Units, Finance, Risk, Technology and Operations communityIdentify common error patterns and provide feedback to the value chain. Adhere to first time-right principlesProvide insight and suggestions to improving processes, identifying opportunities to streamline and rationalization of checks performedUndertake ad-hoc duties and when delegated by Line ManagerFor Grade 8A & 7 in addition to all the abovePerform periodic training/refresher session for the teamDemonstrate ability to train new staff and bring them up to speed in the process successfully.Demonstrate ability to work within timelines with regards to process deliverables to stakeholders (in country CRC, auditors, OR team etc)ProcessesTo provide high quality Documentation support.To ensure error free work with no operating lossesEnsure Individual Productivity targets are met / surpassedEnsure high quality BCA review being done.Accurate Checking of Credit Approval Authority in Approval Memos, if warrantedAccurate Verification of Signature in documents received from external sourcesEnsure accurate submission of BFL and standard documentation.Ensure that the documents obtained are accurate, valid and legally enforceableEnsure that the updates in CMS, especially View Securities, are done accurately as per the terms of the BCA or the contents of the documents receivedIssue SCC / DDN in accordance with Policies & Guidelines, without violation of Credit approval terms.Authorized to issue PSCC/SCC /DDN for All Category facilities for unlimited amount (including Category 1 limit above USD200m)Discharge of Custodial Functions as per Group Standards.Discharge Key Holders Responsibilities as per Group PoliciesLodge / Retrieve documents as per the relevant Guidelines.Monitor / Diarize / Generate Reports as per the agreed terms with in-country.Any other Documentation Activity assigned by Line Manager.Accurate Updating of Control SheetsEnsure staff performance is monitored on a continuous basis and feedback provided at regular intervals.Ensure timely escalation to Senior Management of any exception noticed related to work and environment.Ensure proper training (OJT) is given to team members whenever required.Ensure backup staff is identified and trainedTo adhere to the agreed CST plans and approachTo identify and report all exceptions on non-compliance with standard controlsTo identify and report all weaknesses inherent in the standard controlsTo ensure exceptions arising out of CST checks are immediately rectified and preventive action put in place to prevent recurrence.To actively participate in BCP/DR and any other UATFor Grade 8A & 7 in addition to all the aboveEnsure Individual Productivity targets are met risk management and operating frameworkFor Grade 7 in addition to all the aboveDemonstrate ability to identify thematic issues and be able to perform checks periodically and also be able to remediate them in a timely mannerDemonstrate ability to bring out identified issues to management for orderly closure along with remediation plan and preventive actions.Timely socialisation of regulatory
