Technical Lead - Java Tech Lead Technical Lead - Java Tech Lead Must be able to play technical leadership role without any supervision. Must have hands-on experience in designing and architecting enterprise level systems and applications. Must have worked in all of these concepts/technologies: OOPS, OOAD, Design Patterns, UML, XML, XSD, J2EE, EJB, JSP, Servlets, Spring, Hibernate, Web Services, REST services, SQL Server, Oracle. Must possess highest level of communication skill as the candidate is supposed to communicate with internal / external management. Must possess experience in payments, banking or finance domain.
