Job Description

Experienced in Technical Document Writing

Working with Project teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
Plan, develop, organize, write and edit operational procedures and manuals
Prepare easy-to-understand user interface text, help and developer guides
Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse
Create and maintain the information architecture
Research, develop and document technical design specifications and test scripts
Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation
Analyze documents to maintain continuity of style of content
Manage updates and revisions to technical literature
