We are looking to add to this talent pool a technical lead who will develop , test and deploy deliverables in client projects using F#The Ideal Experience Map : Overall 8 to 10 years of technical delivery experience involving .NET , F# , C# , SQL and related technologies , with a minimum 3 to 4 years of technical delivery experience in Microsoft F#Prior working experience in areas of IT strategy and consulting , application development , and business development and leading a team of 10 - 20 developers , business analysts , and testersRoles and Responsibilities : Display effective planning and risk mitigationCreate and maintain SRS , HLD , LLD and design charter documentsResponsible and interfacing withclient , development , architecture , QA teams to collect and execute the requirementsUtilize appropriate project management techniques and methodologies , coordinating resources across teams as neededEnsure architecture design , development best practices , change management and other process guidelines are in place and followedWork in close co - ordination with all business owners and IT team members to analyze , design , document and implement solutionsThe incumbent is expected to own the technical delivery process area , be an expert in Microsoft .NET technologies , prototyping , organizing workshops , conducting walkthrough and sign off sessionsTechnical and Functional Skills : Expertise in .NET , F# , C# , ASP .NET , Web Forms , AJAX , ADO.NET , VB.Net , WCF , Microsoft SQL Server , SSIS , SSRS , and SSAS , MS Office (Word , Excel , PowerPoint , Visio , Project) toolsRelease management , defect tracking , and bug fixingExperience Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with experience in using Waterfall and Agile methodologiesExperience in designing , modeling and development of database using SQL Server 2000 / 2005 / 2008 with exposure on highly complex stored procedures and functionsSSIS and SSRS , SQL Server integration services and SQL ReportsStrong knowledge of Object Oriented Design Methodologies and OOPS along with SOAHand on experience on Creating RIA (Rich Internet Application) with HTML , CSS , Java script , AJAX and Telerik tool kitPeople Management and Other Desired Skills : Experience in multiple stakeholder managementEffective in working independently and collaboratively in teams with excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to represent ideas in conceptual block diagram and converting the same into final schematics and project completion capabilitiesLead team members to define and deliver projects including scope , approach , deliverables , milestones and detailed work plansReview and manage team performance , directly supervise developers , set direction , coordinate and evaluate team performanceCommunicate effectively , verbally and written , with team members , peers , manager , business users and company leadershipGood team player , able to balance the needs of stakeholders and IT , and able to manage internal IT conflicts and demands as neededEffectively engage and work with a global teamGeneral skills that will boost your eligibility : Exposure to third party platforms deployed within trade processing life cycle like IntelliMatch , Smartstream , Asset Control , Calypso , Loan IQ , Excalibur , Bloomberg , Business Objects , GMI , Quality Center , Omgeo , TriResolve etc.,
