It serves merchants, such as e-commerce, insurance, car rental, retail, hospitality, cable, multiplex, brokerage, NBFC, events, healthcare, and travel.Job Location:Mumbai : All over MumbaiPermanent Work from homeRequirement :Should be an HSC Passed/GraduateFreshers / Experienced1) Who have worked in customer care/help desk domain for at least 1 year2) Proficiency in relevant computer applications3) Should have sales experience (Mandatory)4) Need to join immediately or in next 15 days5) Good communication skills- English, Hindi ( Kannada & Marathi for Bangalore & Mumbai)JD :1) Upselling/Crosselling the products2) Handle customer questions3) Record customer details and their reactions.4) Persuade merchants to share relevant documents as per SOP5) Handle Inbound & Outbound calls6) Check documents received from merchant7) Follow up with merchant for additional or revised documents,8) Prepare daily reports and co-ordinate with relevant teams.
