Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted. Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements / Events. Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations. To update the data of the existing Customers and make reminder calls of their due/Maturity dates. Good computer skills and knowledge of handling ERP system. To handle IT/Phone related complaints.
