Job Description

Job Responsibilities(JR) Actionable Smooth Error free Operations Inputting of transactions in Cash-In system & Core system.

Custodian for Teller box.

Cash balancing and Cash bundling Printing of EOD reports viz.

Batch Journal Report/Instruments issued/ EOD cash position etc.

and filing them.

Cash acceptance from respective stakeholders Handling of cash receipts and payments of Rs.

5 lakhs and above for Corporates, Door-step banking & Retail customers.

All transactions needs to be carried out & processed within the prescribed TAT.

Ensure there are no cash shortages and excess cash situations.

Facility management Efficient Lobby Management--Queue handling.

Ensure highest level of customer service.

Help in resolution of transaction related queries from customer.
