Job Description

AWM Ops Testing COE is a global Testing utility providing UAT services (both regression & functional), Automation, Release & post Release Testing capabilities. It supports strategic and business transformation programs across Asset & Wealth Management Operations globally. Responsibilities

  • Efficiencies through Test automation (Regression and Functional) & capacity optimization
  • Close collaboration with Developers to implement BDD in Testing COE
  • Control governance over Change
  • Strengthen Fungibility through standardization of Process & Resources
  • Standardized Metrics
  • Location strategy & Strong Financials
  • Collaborate closely with technology in BDD implementation.
Roadmap towards productivity:
  • Understand the landscape - 11 AWM Ops pillars/140 projects supported by TCOE
  • Build relationships with the Testing team, Product & Technology
  • Identify Test automation opportunities through the lens of transformation/time save/capacity optimization
  • Execute, apply & signoff
Skill set:
  • People centric leadership
  • Strong problem solving & Analytical thinking
  • Good knowledge on Selenium, as we use Cucumber framework for test automation
  • Expertise in BDD / TDD Behaviour Driven Development/ Test Driven Development
  • Good grasp of programming languages like Java, Python, Ruby, Vb script etc
  • Good manual & functional testing skills
  • Previous relevant experience of driving test automation / transformation
  • Good to have knowledge of Test design tools like Conformiq
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and motivate teams
