It involves, driving designs, development, testing and launch of products along with continuous improvement with help of consumer research and data analysis.These products, depending upon the objective can help increase customer engagement or sales. And bolster their experience, managing products to stimulate design and development of new products and features and executing data analysis to understand consumer behavior.3) Job Context & Major Challenges:Job context The Digital department is the backbone of operations and brand of the company which deals with user interface and customer engagement/experience. Hence, the Deputy Chief Manager is a critical job as it is an amalgamation of the knowledge of design, development, algorithm, data analytics along with project managementChallenges1. Execution and design ratification by Relevant Stakeholders to manage stakeholders and get approvals2. In Depth data analysis to assimilate necessary information and recommend product features.3. Engaging in process automation and development to identify problem areas and escalate them.4. Conceptualizing new products and building roadmaps to drive business and customer needs.5. Designing low fidelity wireframes and specs for the design team to develop and perform usability testing4) Key Result Areas:Key Result Areas Supporting ActionsPerformance monitoring and analysis1. Monitor performance of the product and bring about changes to improve the customer journey.2. Configure and publish reports to the specified stakeholders needed to track the customer engagement, customer profile and performance of the product.Product Management1. Drive the design and development for features of product (Money Tool and Pension Fund Tool) from the design agencies.2. Test and point out inconsistency or errors in implementation by developers and get them corrected efficiently.3. Work towards the correctness of algorithm of the product and bring improvement as per requirement.4. Perform data analysis and understand consumer behaviour in order to improve the product.Project Management1. Coordinate with external stakeholders and businesses like Life Insurance, Health Insurance, AMC for necessary integrations in the product.2. New integrations must be done with new AMC investment portal.3. Coordinate with QA resource for testing purpose and incorporate feedback to improve the tool.4. Coordinate with other stakeholders such as Blazecian, SOC team, VPN team etc for troubleshooting.5. Bringing process orientation for execution of tasks between the stakeholders and empowering them with speed and agility to complete the task.Suggesting and building new products to tackle business problems1. Strategizing to Increase cross-sell such that user buys more than one product at a time and selling more products to the same user in subsequent visits.Creating product roadmap and executing new product features to enhance customer engagement1. Collaborate with vendors and internal team to develop conversational UI for the products.2.
