  • About Process: Recruitment & in-time position closure, coordinating for all recruitment related activities
  • Manage Industrial Relationship(IR) issues at client
  • Ensuring Attendance of Associates in Plant in shifts
  • Ensuring Retention of 97% of Associates
  • Manage employee relationship, labor and government authority relationship
  • Handle basic level legal issues, statutory and audit compliance
  • Managing employee life cycle management, HR operations and business intelligence support
  • Facilitating boarding & Lodging of associates, On-boarding, Attendance management, Payroll processing, Performance management, Exit interviews
  • Periodic reporting & interaction with the senior management of the organization
  • Deriving employee engagement and fun initiatives
  • Conducting periodic employee satisfaction survey
  • Implementation of industry best practices setting & replicating
