Job Description

    Dear Candidates,Greeting From Vvinayak Associates !! Urgent Opening for Inside Sales Specialist (Third Party role) based at Goregaon for an American MNC Company This is a third party role. The CTC package will be divided at 50% fixed and 50% variable. CTC: 6-7.5 lakhs p.aLocation: Goregaon, MumbaiEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for handling inbound calls, chats, and emails with professional communication
    • Answer customer questions about the product details, the company, and any issues related to
    • their accounts
    • Qualify leads and collect information for Sales Representatives and Sales Managers for non-ecommerce sales
    • Would need to cross-sell/ upsell additional products and services
    • Assist customers with technical issues experienced on the website
    • Conduct Virtual demos and assist in training new customers
    • Identify website, process, and product inefficiencies and escalate in timely manner for optimum
    • performance and output
    • Work cross-functionally (Sales, Technical Services, Operations) to resolve customer issues in
    • world-class fashion
    • Responsible for customer retention, customer growth, customer satisfaction, and conversion of
    • new customers into retained customers
    • Make recommendations for website content changes that will drive business growth.
    • Assist in optimizing website keywords/text to drive high search engine rankings
    • Assist in enhancing site performance metrics through web analytics
    • Performs other related duties as assigned
