• Analyzing, providing solutions and Reporting for quality problems to RBC India NI Manager.
• Identify and follow up KPI agreed with RBC India NI Manager.
• Perform Swaps, Site Integration and New site builds.
• Execute critical NI activities
• Prepare and communicate - Report for all activities to project organization and RBC India NI Manager
Your skills and experience Job Role Description: Site Engineering Specialist creates and amends customer project telecom implementation model site solutions for cross business organization and optimizes telecom implementation site workflow processes. Site Engineering Specialist is mainly assigned to customer projects but is working on both Pre-Sales and Delivery Phases as a subject matter expert on Radio Classis and Cloud and Core & Core Cloud site installation, implementation and installation material planning. Controls the completion of site-specific documentation like Method of process, Scope of work including approving the as-built drawings and Mentor to delivered Nokia standard implementation techniques to internal and business Partners being a Subject Matter Expert Job Key Tasks & Responsibilities: Performs routine assignments within standardized procedures and practices with regular supervision to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. Analyses information and possible solutions, makes independent judgments, decisions and recommendations and solves a range of straightforward problems through knowledge and professional experience. Receives instruction, guidance and direction from others and uses own knowledge and existing procedures to solve standard problems. Support Technical and site solution content to GS Deploy Build Turnkey and Modernization (Deploy Services Portfolio sales/Global Sale Services) for project tender and preparation. Local country/project knowledge and Site Engineering expertise. Support Project Delivery Team in project preparation during project planning phase by providing site workflow process and site engineering expertise Finalize site solution technical design (Model Sites) for project implementation according to Technical and Services solutions agreed with customer. Collaborate with Deploy Services Portfolio sales and if needed co-ordinate NPO, SA and CW input to ensure proper technical site solution. Updates and amends site solution technical designs and installation planning guidelines for project implementation during delivery. If needed co-ordinates Services Portfolio sales, RN PPS, TM, NPO, SA and CW input to ensure proper technical solution Works with Project Delivery Manager in customer interface to agree site technical solutions and specifications for project works. Technical interface for site engineering issues in project. When needed, interface with customer relating to implementation and site solutions issues. Design definition of site survey documentation, site-specific documentation, implementation guidelines, share of responsibilities, site activities and acceptance process in collaboration with Project team Monitor change notes and technical documents to be applied and shared with project and subcontractors. Acts on changes in project requirements or specifications. Support Service Procurement and Logistics in procurement and delivery of services and installation materials from suppliers. Evaluate technical competence and solution of subcontractors and material suppliers. Scope & Contribution: Individual Contributor: Performs and/or coordinates day-to-day activities to meet departmental/project objectives. Carries out root/cause analysis in more complex problems. Can develop and implement recommendations. Managerial/Supervisory: Direct supervisory responsibilities for people. Typically first level (and lowest level) of solid line management. May at times be required to negotiate regarding operational issues.Has cross-cultural knowledge and global mindset Knowledge & Experience: Management experience / Achieved advanced skills and knowledge within a specific professional discipline involving the integration of theory and principles with organisational practices and precedents. Typically requires 3-4-6 years relevant experience and/or a graduate equivalent (or higher) degree.
