Job Description

    - Manage the day-to-day operations of the office amenities, including facilities, lobby reception, conference center and food services.- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the effective operation of amenities, including compliance with health and safety regulations.- Managing vendor relationships to ensure that services are delivered effectively and efficiently.- Provide strategic guidance on vendors development of menus, programs and concepts. - Providing a high level of customer service to all employees and visitors, ensuring all requests are responded to in a timely and professional manner.- Leading and managing a team of facilities and amenities staff, ensuring they are motivated, trained, and developed to deliver a high-quality service. To be eligible for this role you will require: - 10+ years experience in the hospitality industry managing guest experiences or in a corporate environment.- Understand the meeting planning process and white glove customer service approach. - Highly organized; ability to handle multiple tasks and apply judgment to prioritize. - Working knowledge of food and beverage and audio visual.- Strong business writing and presentation skills.- Analytical and budget planning experience.- A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to manage change effectively in a fast-paced environment.,
