Job Description

    Roles and ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction and visual experience.Create high-fi mock-ups, micro-interaction, and clickable prototypes for presentation and testing.Deliver the best in the quality user interface for all devices. Define visual elements, product elements, and overall design. (layout, components, color, typography, images,design theory),Support developers by providing required assets and communicating expected outputRevision/Recreation and constant development of a visual identity system to be followedacross all brand touchpointsEstablish, follow and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.Attributes we are looking for :1-3 years of solid and relevant experience as a Visual/UI DesignerResume and a portfolio that demonstrates your best work in UI design, illustrations & animationsAbility to take and follow directions & finish designs to a highly-detailed, professional level, while also having a creative eye for improvementsDeep understanding of platform-specific design patterns and maintaining organizedasset management systemsDeep understanding of UX and psychology, design patterns, and researchmethodologiesStrong communication and collaboration skillsIntermediate/high proficiency in design principles like typography, composition, scale, color theory, and advanced knowledge of how those principles work togetherA basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or knowledge of working in WordPress is a plus.
