• Expected to have 15+ years of experience. Out of that, minimum of 5+ years experience in PEGA and others in Java / J2EE
• Manage the new market rollouts by managing the squad
• Should work as Chapter Lead / Area Lead for multiple squads
• Strong knowledge on Onboarding TP systems
• Skills PEGA Knowledge/ Functional and Technical knowledge
• Responsible for Entire Feature and will be full time member of the Scrum Team
• Good Engineering principles to be followed to build high quality software
• Be an integral Part of an Agile Scrum Team and work interactively with the team members and product owners.
• Scrum certification is an added advantage.
• Mentor & provide guidance to members in development and testing methodologies
• Actively participate in Agile Development process and peer to peer code review sessions
• Performs thorough and comprehensive peer reviews on the output of other team members in a way that identifies to the maximum extent possible issues/errors in the output
• Review and Design for new functionality built with BPM process
• Recent experience should be in PEGA v8.5
• Familiar in BPM process
• Work with other SCB partner systems and should be able to manage integrations using REST / SOAP
• Manage the team members as a people leader and guide the team for delivery
• Must be able to complete assigned tasks and duties on-time under aggressive Service Level Requirements
