1. Manage 24 X 7 Monitoring of all the HUB Subsystems &Components like Antenna, Baseband, RFT2. Manage the HUB network operations as per SLA3. Should have setup & Operated Earthstation & Baseband equipment5. Hands on experience on operations6. Fully familiar with the T&M usage7. Work completion/ implementation as per target1.Domain Knowledge: Has broad understanding of technologies, wrt hisarea of VSAT Hub, Remotes, IP, Transport, RF & Microwave, MonitoringTools, technicalities and Various tools used for Optimising Networks.Can guide the team members2.People Management: Fosters team sprit. Effectively manages team andensures team members perform up-to expectations. Resolves conflicts.3.Communication: Effective Written & Verbal communication required forcompletion of task and presentation of same4.
