Job Description

    Job descriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesWare house & Logistic LeadExperience-2-6 yearsLocation- MumbaiJob Role- Ware house & Logistic Lead -Support the Warehouse Logistics Manager for Material Delivery to sitesLead, coordinate and support Distribution/WH managementCollect the Forecast for Site Material delivery with all detailsEnsure the LSPs Transport trucks etc. with LSP drivers, Escorts etc are arranged, as per delivery planEnsure kitting of material as per the BOQ & delivery plan.Ensure that no faulty / damaged material will be dispatched.Keep record of Site wise Truck, driver, escort & documentation for material dispatchedEnsure Timely reporting of the LSP - Transport with Staff to Pickup the Site Material at Warehouse.Ensure required documentations are ready & available for Transporting the Material to sites.Check the Transport, Driver, Documents & get the Material Loaded as per Route map & Delivery PlanEnsure that material will be loaded safely (in good condition) in vehicles.Inform the ASP receiver of details of the Transport, driver / escort & expected delivery time, so he can arrange receiver to receive the material at site.Ensure with LSP that Material is unloaded & transported to the Place of installation. It could be rooftop, on flyovers, on ground etc.Ensure LSP Handover the Material to ASP Material Receiver & get the POD signed.Ensure undelivered material / returns, immediately inform Ericsson project team & seek direction.Ensure regular status update & tracking, tracing of delivery vehicle, & reporting to Ericsson project Team.Monitor and report to project team on transportation & delivery progress and status.Know-how of all Ericsson equipment and materialsData Management & updation in toolsEducation: Diploma/ B-Tech/B.E in Electronics and CommunicationExperience: Experience of 3 to 5 Years in the Telecom Project .
