It means your application has progressed to an important stage of our recruitment process.Role Responsibilities The Technology & Innovation Governance and Change organization are seeking an Associate Vice President.We are looking for smart resource who are willing to operate in a diverse environment of legacy and emerging technologies with more than 15 years of experience in lead and managing the entire Infrastructure and test environment support.Must have an Excellent leadership and management skills including expectations and objectives management, decision-making, delegation, empowerment, coaching, and delegation.Ability to handle and manage multiple projects at the same time and must be responsible for developing and leading the full infrastructure technology lifecycle for the overall test environment management system. This includes a centralized test environment support for all the projects in TEM Estate during all the testing phases.Ability to deliver complex projects and initiatives typically requiring a large degree of cross-functional participation and coordination.Must be responsible for setting technology proposals and ensuring common, standards-based solutions across our bank.Should have the capability to lead and participates in defining the strategic direction of our TEM through short and long-term goal setting, assessment of information technology needs, and information systems integration, test environment support operations, risk analysis, security and to maintain the stability of our overall test environments.Capability Agile / Automation to enhance operational efficiencies, while working through project managers, leveraging peer resources, engaging external expertise, and maintaining strong relationships with other internal business units, and clients.Must manage conflict and crisis situations. Interacts closely with senior leadership and key project stakeholders with exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.A mindset of quality and governance is key, with a passion for reducing outages and maintaining control and hygiene of systems by adhering to the various policies and procedures.Soft Skills

    The candidate should have a passion for quality delivery, as well as a disciplined approach to planning, execution and reporting. The role will require ongoing engagement with a broad constituency across the bank, dealing with teams project, development and testing who are at varying stages of technology and test methodology adoption. The ability to successfully communicate with stakeholders is therefore essential.
    • Provide system security measures for the projects which we are handling.
    • Environment setup Creating Applications as per the project requirement.
    • Ensure to provide timely technical support during the different phases of testing drills.
    • Proactive monitoring & Housekeeping the environments.
    • Ensure process is followed on all the activities.
    • Act as a facilitator and coordinate between various teams to resolve complex issues and outages.
    • Track incidents and provide regular updates to users on request status and progress.
    • Manage/coordinate recurring issues and ensure long-term resolution.
    • Highly motivated to learn and manage different applications across derivatives.
    • Work as a global support liaison with teams in Singapore, Dubai, London, Hong Kong and African countries.
    • Document common issues for teams perusal.
    • Follow escalation procedures during outages and ensure root-cause analysis.
    • Monitor and oversee End of Day batches and escalate to appropriate teams in case of failures.
    • Value addition in all possible activities involved.

    • Hands-on proficiency in Middleware technologies (WebSphere, Tomcat, JBoss, MQ) & AWS Cloud technologies.
    • Must have strong and hands on proficiency in Unix & Linux system administration skills.
