Reviews and approves the project plans and monitors periodically the compliance to the sameIdentifies risks, plans mitigation strategies, and ensures business continuityEnsures optimal deployment and utilization of resourcesDrives Process and Performance improvement across the projectsEnsures compliance to all HRO processes.Implementation of various corporate/unit/branch level initiatives within the account.People Management Identifies & assigns appropriate roles to team membersSets reasonable, challenging, and clear performance goals for direct reports, monitors performance & provides appropriate feedbackSupports & provides guidance to team to achieve personal, team & professional goalsTracks competency gaps that exist among team members & ensures that relevant learning /appropriate tasks are assigned for closure of the gapCustomer handlingAccurate and prompt response/ resolution to clients inquiries, disputes, claims etc. Answering emails of the customer HR department, providing information of employee data, tools usage or process guideline, resolving queries and updating requests as requiredFoster and maintain good business relationships with clientsTake escalation calls as well as handle discussions with key clients/Sr. ResourcesMeeting KPIs and client defined targetsAdministration in SAP HR system by creating and modifying employee data as per hire to retire processes (new hire/rehire, pay change, domestic/international transfer, change in position, organisational change, leave of absence, personal data change, separation and other minor infotype transactions) - working with confidential informationAttending phone calls as scheduled and / or on ad-hoc basisGenerating employee data reports from SAP as per deadline or on ad-hoc basis as requested by clientGenerating payroll interface files for the countries applicablePerform mass data upload actions by ensuring quality of crucial deliverables of client requestsSpecific employee benefit process administration and reporting for the countries applicableUATs as and when needed.Administrative Tasks Filling out daily tracking tools online regarding all tasks performed for requestsFilling out daily timesheetPreparing process documentationOther Tasks Mandatory and ad-hoc training completion (webtraining / online training, classroom training, process training)KPIAccuracy percentage as per SLAProcessing requests within SLA (given timeline of working days)Sending out reports as per cut-off datesClient satisfaction level as per target
