Deliver on OP with right product mix. Willigness to Travel.Managing diversity in a teamCompetencies:

  • First hand experience of MNC pharmaceuticals Institutional/ Government business is a clear advantage.
  • Strong communication skill , resourcefulness & Networking ability,
  • Thorough knowledge of rules/ procedure/ roadmap for registration of formulations with the formulary s of Defense, ESIC, CGHS, Railways, NHM Assam, THRIMS and Mizoram state of Health.
  • High familiarity with online tender/ off-tender and purchase pathway of these Govt bodies.
  • Keen understanding of collaborative working in an MNC organization with cross functional teams .
  • Ability to take decision with needs of the customer with business hygiene and ethics.
  • Protect value of the Organization
  • Create action plans commensurate with BU goals & future growth strategy
  • Ability to liaise with multi-functional team to deliver the desired level of performance.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with functional & leadership teams at Corporate level
Years of experience :
  • Minimum of 5-7 years overall experience which should include pharmaceutical sales experience out of which at least last 3-5 years in Govt. business, preferably from MNCs
