managing Complete Housekeeping Team and Preparing Their Attendance At the End of the Month booking Site Car for the Employees. direct Contact with the Vendor and Suppliers. making Arrangements for the Client Visit By Checking all the Meeting Rooms and Boardroom. handling all Internal and External Calls. Receiving and Sending the Couriers. keeping and Maintaining Leave Records for all the Employees. maintaining the Attendance of the Employees and Sending the Same for Salary Payment. coordination with Civil & Mechanical Engineering Team to Get the Issues Closed with Regards to Them. co-ordination with the Hr Team with Regards to all Admin Related Work. working On Invoices On Mis and Then Following Up with Finance Team for the Payment. maintaning Front Office and Reception Area. coordination with Housekeeping Staff with Regards of Continuous and Daily Facility Round. maintainence of Housekeeping, Stationary Stock Registers, Medicines and Proper Usage of the Same. checking Through Rounds and Physically Whether the Checklist Been Filled. proper Usage of all Housekeeping Chemicals and Not to Be Misused. gardening Rounds and Maintaining Their Leave Record An Attendance. arrangements for Annual Health Checkup for the Employees. annual Get Together Parties Arrangement. looking & Resolve the It Related Issues, Which Has Occurred On Daily Basis taking Care of Tenants Issues
