1. Current designation can be GPM or Sr. Product Manager2. Experience: Minimum 4 years experience as Sr. Product Manager with presently having atleast 1 reportee under him/her or minimum 2 years experience as GPM with presently havingat least 2 reportees under him/her. In both the cases, since at least 1 year till present, be in marketing of Injectable antibioticsegment.3. CTC: Upto 12lakhs/annum in case of currently being GPM. Upto 8lakhs/annum in case ofcurrently being Sr. Product Manager. 4. Current location: Mandatorily current location should be Mumbai. We do not wantrelocation's.5. Age: Between 27 years to 36 years.6. JD:A) Well versed with giving product and sales training to all designations of field force includingZonal sales managers and freshers.B) Develop visual aid & leave behind literatures.C) Product positioning.D) Design and implement innovative campaigns with efficient monitoring of ROI generation.E) Good networking and KOL connect.F) Field work of minimum 12 days a month.7. Gender: Male only.Note - We require minimum 3 years experience from Critical care segment in the belowmentioned companies. We can take Sr. Product manager or GPM of these companies. If theircurrent designation is Sr. Product manager, we will give him designation of GPM. If their currentdesignation is GPM, we will give him designation of GM-Marketing.
