Responsible for Manpower Requirement and Performing Manpower Reconciliation Every Month for Assigned Locations. 2. Search and Empanel New Sources of Recruitment. Handling Vendor Queries and Monitor Their Performance Through Periodic Reviews. 3. Coordinating with Hr-admin Spoc in Scheduling Interviews Through Different Sources. 4. Collate and Maintain Recruitment Mis for Selected Candidates Till On Boarding with Regular Follow Up with all Locations5. Coordinate with Team L & D for Organizing Induction, Training Programme and Refresher Courses6. Conducting Hr Induction7.weekly Recruitment Report to Regional Hr / Ho - Hr / Location Head. Monthly Hr Dashboard /attrition Report to Regional Hr / Head Hr / Location Head8. Exploring Employee Satisfaction Survey By Conducting One to One / Skip Level Meetings with Employees and Submit Report to Regional Hr.9. Employee Engagement Activities - Conducting Engagement Activities, Indoor Games, Circulate Intra-branch Contest At all Locations. 10. Exit Management - Conducting Exit Interviews, Retention of Employee, Follow Up with Head Office Till Complete Exit of Employee. 11. Handling Employee Conflicts / Grievances or Issues.
