Engage with architects to provide technical detail Ensure detail designs and the implementation of the solutions are in compliance with requirements. Prepare and produce releases of software components. Ensuring operational readiness for all solutions delivered/configured. Post-implementation support of solutions. Being pro-active to enhance or improve processes to make the application and delivery of campaigns more efficient Be available after hours for support and administration tasks which we keep to a minimum. Be available after hours for incident resolution. Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review. Contribute to the chapter roadmap Configuring, developing & documenting solutions. Provide guidance and handover to BAU teamsSkills & Experience You are motivated, a self-starter and supportive You have a keen eye for detail. You have experience administering Adobe Campaign Classic Knowledge is beneficial in the following Adobe products: Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics Adobe Launch Adobe Audience Manager Adobe Experience Manager Knowledge of monitoring and dashboard application such as Splunk and App Dynamics ,
