Job Description

Expected skill set required for each Client Services Rep is the following:

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering / BE / B Tech / MCA
  • 2 years experience in working directly with clients with good analytical and problem solving
  • Thorough understanding of full product life-cycle with basic knowledge of Finance and counting
  • Good knowledge of SQL Queries
  • Excellent Oral and written communication skills
  • Basic understanding of XML, Excel, Log4j and knowledge of Application/Web Servers like Tomcat, WebSphere etc.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong troubleshooting skill
  • Ability to work in a team environment
