Job Description

Position : Production Engineer Location : Mysore Department : ProductionReporting to : Head ProductionQualification : Diploma in Mechanical Engineer BE (MTT/ Mechanical/ Production/ Automobile)Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge on CNC Programming and Setting.
  • Ensure right Machine, man allocation and effective loading plan.
  • Daily Rejection review and analysis Through CAPA.
  • Loss Analysis of production plan v/s Actual
  • Employee relations through the participation with personnel
  • Shift OEE Updating and Action plan to Improve OEE.
  • Active Participation in training and skill development of associates.
  • Ensure internal PPM achieve Zero rejections.
  • Operator Multi skill plan and execution
  • Motivate operator through Kaizen, Suggestion scheme,
  • Ensure Employee and Machine safety at shop floor.
  • Shop floor 5S
  • Employee Efficiency Tracking and Monitoring
  • PDCA Management
  • Consumption Reduction
  • Sap reporting

Required / Skill SetsMust Have:
  • Manpower Management
  • Basic CNC Knowledge
  • Experience in union environment
  • Knowledge of Machine setting.
  • The ability to work under pressure and motivate others to meet tight deadlines.
  • Basic Knowledge on Microsoft excel, word and PowerPoint
  • Experience in machining by on VMC,HMC,Turning and Grinding
Desirable:
  • Cutting Tools Knowledge.
  • CNC Machine setting and Programming
  • ERP Knowledge
  • Process Knowledge
Linguistic Abilities:
  • Kannada & English - Must
